Lady Ulric’s dear grandfather recently turned eighty, and is doing wonderfully well. Everyone sends their well wishes and love to our beloved Seneschal and her family.
On Saturday the 28th of July Swordbruden held its monthly meeting. Though the people who showed up were few the outcome was exciting and a joy for all who were there. Our brother Anatol was brought forth and was made a Page of the Order. Soon after Maid Lianna followed him to Pageship. A hearty congratulation to Anatol and Maid Lianna! Lady Ulric gave a rousing speech to the few gathered. Key points: First, Address her with all problems while they are small, to avoid letting them get too big before they are solved. Second, Treat others, as you would like to be treated. Finally, No one is above the rules. The rules are there for everyone’s benefit. Lady Ulric will be posting this in more detail on the forums, keep an eye out for it. Last but not least the floor was taken by Sir Dragongod who informed everyone that he would be interviewing a new Op team for the mIRC rooms. Anyone who is interested will find the instructions for applying to be an Op, located on the Order’s forums. We look forward to supporting our new Op team in mIRC.
On Sunday the 29th everyone eagerly awaits the return of Sir Sigmund who is returning from his Intensive Desert Warfare training. Sir Sigmund left us on July 6th and most any OSB member can testify that he has been sorely missed. Let us all Welcome back our Hoch Meister!
